In a blatant attempt to get more comments, I have a sappy question to ask my faithful (mostly silent) readers.
Do you have someone who asks you how you are doing? Who notices your moods? Does it matter to you if you do or don’t? (This may seem like several sappy questions, but it’s all the same thing I’m talking about, really). Do you have someone to vent at? Or are you of the class that believes what happens inside you should stay inside, no matter if it kills you?
Answers awaited with bated breath.

Yes. I’m definitely *not* a believer of “whatever happens inside should stay inside”.

Let it rip. Vent. It’s good for you. I’m a ‘hold it inside’ type and I have so many stress-related health problems you wouldn’t believe it. You don’t wanna do it, I promise.
The hubby asks me how I’m doing a lot, and often I say “The same crap that was bothering me yesterday.” Which spares him listening to it all over again, but does me no good at all.
Vent. Your body will thank you.

My husband asks about my moods, but he doesn’t understand them/me. It would be nice to have a wider circle of friends for some of that. Venting is necessary, I think, although there are constructive and destructive ways to do it.

Sappy or soppy?
1. No!
2. My son – mostly the negative, irritated ones.
3. I’m equivocal about that one.
4. What are blogs for?!!!
5. Depends – If I said it all it would probably sound like verbal diarrhea – some stuff is better left unsaid.
